How to deal with, If the item is defective?

We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. We also need your help.
First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Second: please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she check and agree, we will add the news to your next order for free.
Third: if we could not Identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give your some more discounts on the next order. 

Note: All items sold in the Sale collection are final sale items. As such, only product exchanges and in-store credit (no refunds) are allowed. RIEMOT doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Once your item has been received by the warehouse, please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed.

 

Exchange Policy

Not quite the right fit? No problem. Send your items back within 30 days after the date of shipment and we will send you out something new. All items you wish to exchange must be in their original, unworn condition with the hangtags still attached. Items not sent back in their original, unworn condition will not receive an exchange.

Ship back your original item to us and we'll send a new one to you.
Please contact customer service before you return your items to us, we will send you our warehouse info. for returning and around $3.99 pre-paid by cutomers to cover postage, and we'll change a new item for you after we received and checked it.

The whole process takes about 7-10 days.

2)  New Fast Exchange Method: Get 50%off Code→Buy New One→Get New within 3 Days

Get a new item under HEAVY discount code and keep original item.
We provide 50% OFF discount code for you get a pair of new shoes(Allow to buy same style in different color) by free shipping, lucky to the original item you bought also can keep it, DO NOT NEED return to us, you will have 2 items in total and save a lot of time.
